Julie Zuramski

President / CEO

Ms. Julie Zuramski, founder of ReliaSource, has led the company to its position as a leading multi-discipline service provider of information assurance and cyber security, intelligence and national security systems, systems engineering and integration, relocations and facility management services, technology hardware rollouts, as well as staffing and recruiting services. From the beginning, Julie's business management experience has proven critical to the day-to-day operations, strategic planning and oversight of the company's short- and long-term objectives.

A graduate of University of Maryland School of Economics in 1989, Julie's skill and experience with strategic financial planning and business enablement has propelled ReliaSource forward to deliver our clients the highest level of service with the lowest possible cost.

Joseph S. Zuramski

Executive Vice President

Mr. Zuramski has an extensive background in management, finance and technology-focused solutions to businesses and agencies within the commercial and government sectors. Joe has built a strong reputation for assisting clients with a diverse range of technology and operational challenges. As the executive leader of client services, Joe provides oversight on all projects. Joe has been instrumental in building a key partnering subcontractor relationship and has been active in GBEF (Government Business Executive Forum), AFCEA and participated on the Advisory Board to CES Government 2009. Joe earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Towson University in 1991 and is pursuing an advanced degree in ITSS from Johns Hopkins.

Bob Connelly

Chief Financial Officer

Bob Connelly was Corporate Controller for Integic Corporation for 12 years where he developed and directed the accounting and treasury operations, prior to the company being sold to Northrop Grumman IT (NGIT) for $315M. Bob was retained by NGIT as the Controller of that subsidiary to lead the seamless integration of the accounting, finance and financial systems operations into NGIT. Prior to Integic Corp., he held Senior Manager accounting and finance positions with Contel Federal Systems, Contel ASC, and MCI Telecommunications Corporation from 1984 to 1992.

Mr. Connelly received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Johns Hopkins University and did graduate course studies in Taxation from American University. Prior to his graduation from college, he was a member of the US Army Security Agency and is a Vietnam Veteran.

Roy Collins

Vice President

Roy Collins joined ReliaSource as Vice-President in October 2011 to lead market development, operations, and business strategy. He has held executive leadership positions at L-3 Communications, Loral Space & Communications, and COMSAT Corporation where he is a recognized pioneer and innovator implementing IP network technology solutions for government and commercial customers. As a Senior operating executive he managed a $95M+ business unit supporting business operations, engineering technology solutions, including Information Assurance and Computer Network Defense, and management services. He was a commissioned US Coast Guard officer with assignments that included command afloat and service to the President of the United States. Roy is certified in the Governance of Enterprise Technology (CGEIT) and was awarded a B.S. degree in Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and an MBA from Loyola University. He is an award winning USA-Cycling licensed cyclist and certified coach who is Head Coach of the US Naval Academy Cycling Team.
