Through careful planning, and pre-move and post move oversight, your employees will return on the first day following a move to a site that is functional and prepared for a transition to normal business.

We strive to minimize the impact the relocation has on your business and employees. This “low impact” approach through RRMM is obtained by:

1. Proper estimation as to the size and scope by a Relo Specialist with years of experience in the industry. Your Relo Specialist will evaluate the site, materials to be moved, equipment and staff required to complete the project within the time allotted.
   
   
2. Proper packing and move order to ensure that files and equipment are ordered to be most efficiently relocated to the new area.
   
   
3. Computers and IT equipment are properly powered down and carefully packaged to ensure damage does not occur. Our trained IT move techs are much more than movers, as they have the experience and knowledge to handle your technology equipment. We have successfully relocated over 15,000 Workstations.
   
   
4. Careful furniture design, installation and removal based on our clients specific needs and site. Storage sites are available to house excess equipment for both temporary and long term storage.
   
   
5. Post move follow up to ensure a satisfied client and to continually refine our process.
   

Since we work on sites where varying degrees of clearances are required, we have a variety of staff with clearances at agencies such as Social Security Administration, US Coast Guard, Department of the Interior, Treasury Department and Library of Congress to name a few.
